Rev. Mike Newman shares how God surprises us with His gracious mission of outreach. The Good News of Jesus extends beyond the plans we can imagine. Using Philip's experience in Acts chapter 8, the question posed to us is: "Are we ready for God's surprises?"

Part of the answer is our work together as the Texas District. Newman summarizes the availability of no-interest loans for new ministry starts in Texas.
